Job Type: Computer Repair
Location: Clapham, SA
Received assistance promptly without requirement for up front payment. While the consultant did not fix the problem, by eliminating some issues and suggesting others I was able to resolve the concern (at reasonable cost). (willing to pay MLPA $30 for the 10+ minutes of advice etc) Very happy to recommend their service to others - hopefully I will not need assistance
Frequently asked questions
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We can supply any insurance or guarantees that you require. Our record speaks for itself, we have been successfully in business for 20 years (1993). Our happy customers, like you, have created our reputation.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Talking of disaster scenarios, a Dr client of mine had his surgery burgled and computer stolen. We quickly replaced the hardware and restored his backup and he was operational again. We were discussing the thief and the whole notion of taking something that isn't yours. The police caught the thief, he'd broken into an asian man's home, got caught and had his hand chopped off by the owner. Traditional punishment! I think my client would have been more lenient!
