Talking of disaster scenarios, a Dr client of mine had his surgery burgled and computer stolen. We quickly replaced the hardware and restored his backup and he was operational again. We were discussing the thief and the whole notion of taking something that isn't yours. The police caught the thief, he'd broken into an asian man's home, got caught and had his hand chopped off by the owner. Traditional punishment! I think my client would have been more lenient!

What do you like most about your job?

My clients :)  I enjoy being tossed the keys to their office for after hours work, I value the trust. I have very high standards but knowing that my diligence and hard work is appreciated make it all worthwhile. It is not all about the money for me.

We strive to always provide more value than we charge for!   We cost no more per hour than lesser qualified or lesser experienced professionals but we do more and achieve better and more professional outcomes for similar money. We won't always be the absolutely lowest cost quote you might get but we always strive to be best value for money.

We offer community minded pricing and we can quote work or charge by the hour or arrange payment terms to suit you.

We are a 'one stop stop' for IT and we can assist with all aspects of your computer and business technology. We particularly enjoy advanced or sophisticated IT projects and server work but we also do computer, tablet sales, repairs, websites, Internet work, consulting and remote IT support. We supply and support all Windows, Apple and Linux based products. We even do Australiawide work and emergency IT support including disaster recovery and scenario planning.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Our staff have a range of qualifications. As Principal consultant and business owner, I'm a chartered professional electronics engineer with several postgraduate qualifications, including at masters level but we know that despite being highly qualified, it is satisfied customers who really make us successful.
