Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

MRV Solutions are insured and are required to be insured to maintain our licenses and professional memberships. Insurance includes Professional Indemnity and Public Liability. We have not had a situation where a client was unhappy with our service, but we would definitely not like to charge any fee in this case

The best part of my job is watching our clients grow and seeing the noticeable impact we have had on our business. I also like the transformation of raw data into useful information about a business and using this information to help clients grow.

At MRV Solutions through reputation and good relationships with our current clients we endevour to overcome this barrier before you talk to us. We are also bound by many ethics and standards which would put our great business at risk.

Most accountants out there do the minimal amount of work to get the job done.  We take the time to get to know you and how we can help you achieve your goals.  The accountant/business relationship is one of the most important relationships in your life and we want you to stay.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Businesses are a lot like people, they are all unique in their own way.  We ask some general questions around their structure, industry in which they operate.  We spend some time telling new clients about our business to see if we are the right advisors for them also. It is a two way street.

We only charge on value so this is not an issue for our clients. As most of our services are repeat work, we work with the client to provide information in a specific way so we do not need to increase our prices.

If you wish to come on board for one of our packages which include all bookkeeping, tax returns and management reporting we will offer free implementations for powerful software.  These can include CRM systems, job management software, time tracking, payroll and POS systems.

We keep our prices competitive by being efficient in everything we do.  We invest in powerful technology and software to eliminate the repetitive tasks associated with jobs.  This allows us to either spend the saved time providing advice and adding value.

We approach each job on case by case basis and try to maintain consistency regarding quoting. We pride ourselves on on only charging for value rather than the hours taken to complete the job.

Though we love to take on all challenges and a diverse range of clients we have some services tailored to specific industries including Mechanics & Workshops, Medical Services, Professional, Retail and Trades. The specialties include systems, processes and software which we have proven to add value.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

MRV Solutions is relatively new and was started by Michael and Rob who have 10 years experience in Public Practice looking after a diverse range of clients.  They thought there was an opportunity in the market for quality service more than the once a year tax return. We are looking to change the relationship between clients and their accountants by setting the example.
