• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I chose this career as it is customer service related and I have a passion to serve people, I have a desire to work in web industry and very honestly and simply because this is my dream to work in Web Development.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  I was working on a web development project for my client. After completion of the project customer complaint about email issues. I explained the customer to follow the settings as I mentioned in an email but customer started getting angry and was pointing to my web mail server for the issue. I asked my client to remove all the settings and follow my instruction, I called him on the phone and then I come to know that at the point where customer has to mention out going mail server it says (optional if same as incoming server). customer was skipping this assuming that it is an optional, but i have my personal experience that even it says optional it is always recommended to type out going server details. After going through with all the settings my client was able to send and receive emails and apologized to me for his behavior.
