All of our juice recipes take less than 5 minutes to make, and require the use of a juicer or blender.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ avocado
  • Fresh ginger to taste

The Quotes Quencher


This thirst-quenching juice is best served over ice on a balmy afternoon by the pool. We mean after a serious swimming workout in the pool, not a relaxing lie down with a book next to it.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 celery stalk
  • ½ carrot
  • ½ beetroot
  • ½ cup blueberries

The Tropical Tradie


Send your taste buds to some far-off exotic location with this tangy citrus combination. Add a little cocktail umbrella and enjoy it as a post-gym pick-me-up.

What you’ll need:

  • 2 oranges
  • ¼ pineapple
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine
  • Garnish with fresh orange slices

The Service Provider Slushie


The silly season is over we said, put down the frosé cocktail and pick up our refreshing slushie! Not only is it super nutritious, but it’s our answer to the best virgin cocktail out there. Yum!

What you’ll need:

  • 2 cups frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1 lime
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup coconut water or water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Garnish with fresh mint
