How do you normally charge for your service?
NO CALL OUT FEES !! Our rates are competitive and fair. We charge a reasonable rate for the first 30 minutes of each job. which is great for client needing small jobs completed, and a competitive hourly rate after the first 30 minutes. Terms for most quoted jobs are pay upon completion however we do offer 7 Day payment terms via invoice also. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Eftpos, EFT and Cash as payment and receipts are ALWAYS provided regardless of payment method used. (Please call us to find out more about how we charge)
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Exactly what the client wants to achieve by getting the work done. We don't expect the customer to know the technical terms, just be prepared from the start. Knowing things such as where locations of points are to be installed or types of light fittings required for example is a good start.

We are fully insured and our staff are highly skilled, fully qualified and licensed. COC's can be produced upon request.
