We are insured, and we do guarantee our work. If you are not happy with the quality we will re-print your items free of charge, however if your artwork is incorrect and you have approved this - unfortunately we wouldn't be at fault.

The most common question we get is about our delivery. When we let customers know that orders that weigh under 5kg are Free we usually get the shocked look or email.

Ask what machinery they use, and how many orders they have on the books at the moment. If its a low amount it means that they are not so busy. We love the interaction with our return customers. You become part of our family, as we said we don't treat our customers as an order number, we treat them as human beings or Zombies depending if they are alive or not!.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
We've got too many customer story's to share over the years in different names and brands. But one does come to mind. A customer had asked us to produce some T-Shirts for an event over in Melbourne. We were delighted that someone from the other side of the country wanted us!
What we didn't know was the customer needed it in 48 hours. We had about 20 other orders on the go, but we made it happen for that customer.
That customer was in WA for the Christmas Period of 2014 - Whilst over here she popped in and gave us a card and a box of chocolates.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Our General Manager / Founder actually wanted to get into Video Production, and when asked to create some Business Cards for a friend he knew that it was what he wanted to do. However that was the easy part, the printing part was ridiculous. Going with a online printing solution that offers cheap business cards he finally got them after 3 weeks of waiting and the quality was disgusting. After this Print Factory was born, with the intention to provide high quality products to our customers.
