I'm a small service provider and am able to use this advantage to give personalised attention to my clients. I find that listening to my client's instructions is the first place to begin to give them a smile on their face.

1. Knowing exactly what you want your finished task to look like. 2. Knowing if you want to limit the hours worked .. or alternatively want the work continued until all is    completed .. if it is a big job.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

I charge by the hour and don't quote a job outright. The minimum is 3 hours a day and if 2 cleaners are required the minimum is 3 hours each and the maximum is 8 hours or 8 + 8 hours each for 2 people. So minimum is 3 hours and maximum is 16 hours per day. I charge $35.00 per hour and provide all cleaning equipment etc.
