Top removals sent one of their subcontractors, so this is really an review for them, but I'm quite satisfied with Top too. In summary: Good: - Good communication - Good price - On time - Professional, efficient, relatively careful, and strong blokes - Well equipped truck - careful driver - Fridge fully protected when moving Not so good - Subcontractor had different terms to Top Removal (though we did agreed on the Top terms in the end) - No protection used while moving leather couch, or when rained Detail: The price quoted by Top Removals was very competitive, which included a call out fee lower than most competitors. The subcontractors arrived on time, and were very efficient and strong. They were well equipped to secure and protect the furniture in the truck. However no protection was put on our leather couch when moving it and needed a wipe afterwards from brick scuffs. It rained when we were off loading and again no protection was used, so one of our Ikea cabinets got very wet, and needed immediate wipe down to avoid the MDF wood panels soaking up the water and bulging.
