We do not charge a call out fee like most companies do, and then charge you every half hour. how we charge is, We have a minimum fee and then any parts that are used are charged.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
if there is a problem with your roller shutter please do not attempt to fix it yourself if you are not sure what you are doing. we see this so often when a customer tries to fix a problem their selves and end up braking something else costing you more many then if you just got us out in the first place.

we need to know what model roller shutter you have eg manual or electric and the problem you are having with the shutter. 9 times out of 10 we can give you a quote over the phone, but our team are me then happy to come out and give you a free quote.
