All of my clients are provided with a website contract that covers the project requirements and deliverables and covers my obligations to the client and the clients obligations to SGD as a form of guarantee and agreement.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I worked in print publishing for ACP magazines many years ago and noticed the fast paced rate digital was overtaking print. I have always been creative and have always had great problem/puzzle solving skills. Web design offered aspects of all of these things within a growth industry. It was a no-brainer!

Sharing my knowledge and empowering my clients with the right tools to feel confident to manage and grow their site long term. I also really enjoy content editing, the design process... in fact - I enjoy most facets including the cross-over between problem solving and creativity.

Can I maintain the website myself later on? Yes - you will be able to maintain your content long term.  Can a share my content through social media? Yes - my sites are developed for social media integration.  How much will a site costs me? This is a broad question and as such I take time to do a full project scope and discovery session before quoting for any job.

I mean what I say! I would not agree to take on a job that needs more manpower than I have available. Nor would I take on a job that I believed needed a different platform to succeed.

Define your brand & know your competitors - Who are you and what is your branding message? Who are your competitors and what makes you different.  Commit to your business/site - Do a business plan - there is an awesome business plan guide available at http://www.business.gov.au/business-topics/business-planning/Pages/default.aspx Content - Think about the content you're going to need for your website. Content in web extends to copy, images, video, downloadable documents.

Fees are calculated per hour. A full quote is provided to the client following a client brief. 40% up front deposit is required with total due the day the site goes live.
