We will ensure that your books are up-to-date, debtors pay you on time, creditors and employees are paid correctly and on time, regular management reporting, have sufficient funds to remain operational and much more.  All the bookkeeping/taxation work are done by real accountants who are university graduates with bachelors or masters degree in accounting. Senior accountants (minimum 3 years experience) take the responsibility in reviewing and checking their work. This ensures that quality is always maintained.   We will also ensure data confidentiality and protection is maintained without fail.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Many businesses can dramatically cut their bookkeeper costs by making these few simple changes: 1.) Split all your purchase receipts (eg things like petrol, stationery etc) into separate envelopes depending on how they were paid for – one pile each for those paid by cash, personal account, business account, credit card (separate piles for each credit card you have used if more than one). 2.) Write on receipts what the purchase is for – not all receipts list details of what the purchase was.  This makes it easy for the bookkeeper to know where to allocate. 3.) Present all relevant information to your bookkeeper in an organized format – eg an A4 binder with separate sections for: bank/credit card statements Income – customer invoices Expenses – supplier bills & receipts payroll BAS & reports 4.) If you aren’t sure if something can be claimed as a business expense – put it in a separate envelope with a note attached for the bookkeeper to advise. Furthermore, all the work are carried out by experienced accountants/bookkeepers to ensure efficiency and quality.   3.) Our fee only comprise of actual hours spent on the engagement. We do not charge any training time of staff while on the engagement. Training costs of staff are fully incur by the company.  4.) Timesheets are also used in the company to ensure accountability and efficiency of staff in each engagement.

I have almost 5 years of working experience in Chartered Accounting Firms. My area of expertise are audit and business services. I have helped various small to large businesses through my career as a tax accountant and auditor. I am also a Provisional Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2011, after having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Sydney.
