I use an approval process that gives the client the right to make any changes before production. If mistakes are made from my end I claim responsibility, and rectify the situation.

I come from a sporting / Graphic design background. My path hasn't been on purpose but I love what I do. Years of working for and among some very successful businesses in my industry has all but fueled my passion for what I do.

I have many favourite client stories, one that comes to mind is: Bikes Direct a chain cycling store based in Melbourne. Over the last few years I have been an integral part in their successful branding, from Logo development to Cycling apparel to staff uniforms. I most like the successful outcomes. weather it be an event t shirt that all competitors love to wear or a design that far exceeds the clients expectations. Nothing is more satisfying then a happy client.

Anything that helps save my own time on a job will ultimately save the customer money. 1. If you want customised merchandise have the artwork ready, the less design time the more you save. 2. If you need something designed have a strong direction in mind - sketches help.
