  I have always been happy with the convenience and reliability of having someone come out on a weekend to fix the computer, without having to unplug and wait and take it somewhere is invaluable. Bryce who came yesterday was polite, friendly, funny and efficient. He got us back up and running in no time. As a matter of fact, he was earlier than expected. Great work!
