We were very happy with the service we received from TLC Home Maintenance. Their pricing was competitive & the work completed was to a high standard. The tradesman were friendly & respectful of the fact they were entering our home over a number of days. We were so pleased with the service receive... Trade qualified carpenter and joiner licensed with the QBSA, trained in all aspects of paint preparation and loves to paint! Todd has worked with Real Estate Agents and Property Managers for over 3 years and liaises well with Landlords and Tenants. Todd sources good quality materials at the right price.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
Todd has worked in the commercial sector for over 6 years and is qualified in fitouts, he built his own home and has new house experience from slab to fitout and lockup. Todd enjoys landscaping working with qualified Landscapings in the inner suburbs of Brisbane. Todd specialises at the moment in Rental property repainrs and maintenance.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Write down what you are planning, engage a draftsperson if it alterations. Pay a deposit to cover materials so they can be prepurchased and save time. Be reasonable in what you expect especially if it is raining!
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
A site inspection, your details, good information exactly what you want and communication - how much do you want to spend? That's the priority! Using a tradesperson from the local area is the wisest.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Can you fit in the job and how long will it take? Can you do it and what is a rough idea of price? If I can do the job I will let you know. I'll answer honestly and let you know if I can do it, I can fit it in and most of all if I am the best person for the job.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I completed a carpentryand joinery apprenticeship

I am local born and bred in the South East area with a love for the area. I am working in the Moreton Bay Region on a daily basis, quick to quote, eager to please and glad to get the job quickly.
