,Excellent, thoroughly timely gardening service at the right price. When I bought my house a year ago, the seller left me a list of tradesmen and women they recommended for quality, value for money service. VIP Gardening was on the list. I called them & haven't look back. Highly recommended.

I can not recommend VIP lawns Gardens & Trees highly enough. We use this service to maintain our investment property whilst out of State. The service we receive is excellent, proactive and leaves us knowing the garden is in excellent condition. Thank you for all your hard work and efforts.

I have been a V.I.P. franchisee since 2005.
I am a qualified Arborist. My passion is trees so I completed three years of study to get qualified. I can do pretty much all aspects of gardening from lawn mowing to water tanks. Here is a list of some of the things that i do: Lawn Mowing, Light landscaping, Hedge prunning, Tree prunning and tree removal, Stump Removal, Weed spraying, Irregation systems, Garden Tidy ups & Mulching.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
although my business started as doing lawns and gardens, i found myself with tree work that i just wasnt capable of doing so i put myself through schooling to learn the trade. i then took off two years to work with a tree crew to learn the trade. i can now climb and remove trees, know how to diognose a tree if it is sick, i know how to prun a tree the way it should be. i specialise in hedges. from small to double story i can do it

when it comes to charging for jobs, every one is diferent. from the length of the grass to the amount of edges you have, no two jobs are realy the same. that is why i am happy to come to the property to give you a free quote on anything. it makes it easy for everyone and i can go through the work with you

i have been in the industry for the last eight years and i am confident in the service and time that i can opperate under, therefor i will give a very competitive price that ensures both the client and myself are happy and more importantly results in hopefuly future work.

As a Franchisee with VIP, i am fully insured with 10 million public liability. all franchisees are police checked and trained in the VIP standard. i guarantee all my work and definatly work with my clients to ensure they are 100% happy with the job.

when looking for the right person for the job, you should ask what training they have and how long have they been doing the job for. ask if they are insured and if they are capable of actialy doing it

What do you like most about your job?
the thing i love about my job in interacting with clients. i have a business management backround and i have always loved dealing with the public and people. i get to work outdoors and do a job that i have loved since i was a kid

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
i have tried so many jobs over the years and i was always wanting to work for myself. the freedom of cutting out the middle man and earning good money along with doing something i love is the best feeling in the world.

i have been in business for over eight years and i have built up a good reputation over that period. i turn up when i say i will or contact at the very least if there is a problem and i need to rescedual. my business relies on repeat business so being reliable and trustworthy is a big factor in my business being successful

customers are always asking me to look at a tree or shrub thats looking a bit sad and i always do my best to look at whats causing the problem.
another thing i am always getting asked is what should i feed my grass or plants? there are a number of products you can use on plants but i suggest Seasol on just about everything to give it a good feed -
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
over the years i have had many great experiences with my clients, its hard to pinpoint just one thats my favourite but i will always remember old Betty who used to make me home made sausage rolls and cakes everytime i turned up to do the lawn. she was 89 years old when she passed and she is surely missed

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
three tips to save money would be to clean up the site of all toys, dog bones and feaces, rubbish and anything else that may take me longer to do the job.
also by getting the job done more regularly, it will keep the job more maintained and that will mean it wont take me as long to do the job -
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
site inspection is a must as every job is diferent. it also gives me a chance to go over everything with the client to give a more accurate quote, and allows me to assess the whole job while im there.
