With over 20 years specialising in wedding photography with a proven track record in customer service. Customer receives high resolution files on USB. Never missed a wedding in all my time photographing.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I have studied at TAFE NSW and photographed for more than 20 years as a professional photographer. I have won many awards including awards in the AIPP. I started photographing professionally when I was 18 years old and that is all I have done.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I specialise in wedding photography but not limited to weddings as I photograph family portraits. I also specialise in post production. That is working on the images after the event to created not just a photograph but a work of art.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I started photography in year 11 in high school. It was the only thing I was good at achieving 100% in photography. From there I photographed all day everyday until one day I got my first wedding form my next door neighbor and the rest they say, is history
What do you like most about your job?
The best thing about my job is to be able to be paid to do something you love. Weddings are always a happy occasion and so the energy rubs off on you in your home life.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
what happens if you are sick and can not attend my wedding? My answer, touch wood, is I have many photographer colleagues who I could call upon at a moments notice.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
Having photographed weddings for over 20 years and never missing a single one. The proof of the pudding is in the eating and to be able to say this speaks volumes.
What makes your pricing competitive?
customers say all the time. Gee for the quality you provide you really are very reasonable price. The fact I don't have overheads to pay by working from home means I can pass the savings on to clients.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Only having me for the maximum amount of time they really need me for, getting married on a Monday to Thursday and mentioning they found me through Oneflare will all help save a bit of money for the customer

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
The wedding date, the number of hours my customer needs me for, the location of the wedding. If they event will be held over a number of days or just a single day.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
How long do you need for preparation shots. Generally an hour. sometimes more depending on how many in the bridal party. Do you do engagement shoots. Yes I sure do.
How do you normally charge for your service?
I generally charge by time blocs. 5, 7 10, 12 and 14 hour time blocs. The most popular being the 10 hour time bloc. Generally covers everything right up to the first dance.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Too many feel good stories. Sure I have a few that stick out. But they are generally the ones that treat you as well as the guests by having a table to yourselves putting with the guests and always making sure we are okay with everything.
