We are a fully insured business and offer a full satisfaction guarantee to all of our clients. In 25 years of tiling I have never had a dissastisfied client. My aim is to continue this commitment to all future clients.

When the client would like to start the project. An approximate idea of their budget, and an idea of the type of tiles to be used.

1. Ensure that all quotes are detailed and written quotes and that all details of your job are clearly listed. 2. Be very clear in your mind what it is you want to achieve and give each tradesman a clear instruction. Writing it all down helps! 3. Shop around for your tiles and ensure the tile shop knows what your project is .

My pricing is very much the industry standard, but what makes the difference is that with my quotes, there are no hidden costs. I detail exactly what is, or is not included in the price.

As there are many aspects to tiling, I always visit the project to assess it, and advise my clients.Then I can give a fully detailed written quote, based on each individual project.
