Why should I use a conveyancer and not a solicitor? A conveyancer is a property transfer professional governed by a separate piece of legislation and set of rules. Whilst a solicitor may practice a few areas of law, we exclusively deal with property transfers. It’s similar to seeing a specialist rather than a GP- we can offer the kind of in-depth knowledge and hands on experience that can give clients confidence that they’re being looked after by the best.

Typically If you are purchasing please let us know if it is an Off-the-plan purchase. Or if you are selling advise us if it is a private sale or auction and if an owners corporation certificate may be required.

Stay on top of your financial position; speak to a broker that you can trust to gain a realistic understanding of where you stand. Save a 20% deposit if possible, to avoid paying lenders mortgage insurance. Have an obligation free chat with any of our friendly staff prior to purchasing or selling property.
