Happy with the service received. Electrician turned up at time, informed us what is the issue and how long the job will take. Very professional service and would definitely use him again if in case ever need a electrician.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
We are honest and friendly giving our customers the best value for money using solutions that are only learnt from experience being licensed in the industry for over 20 years.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
We are skilled in all aspects of electrical services from the urgent hot service that broke down to the 40 factory / commercial complex development. When a specialist trade is needed for sections of electrical services we prepare for them and arrange there services where required keeping the customer stress free.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialise in urgent and emergency services, being for example; a hot water breakdown in a family home or a tree fallen on the lines pulling the facier out or a bread factory at 2am list power, although its not our prime source of work we are on standby 24hours.
How do you normally charge for your service?
We are $150 for the 1st hour then $70 per hour for that job. We usually site check and quote work that seems to be over $1000 but can sometimes do a phone quote based on the information that's provided.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
If you apply for a credit account and are approved you will be on the customer rates which are about 10% less with no 1st hour minimum, you must have regular work for an account to be approved.
What makes your pricing competitive?
Other electricians are charging service calls or $100 per hour others are not licensed or have bad work ethics, we strive to please keeping us ahead from the rest.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1/ prepare a drawing and a list of items 2/ buy what you can to save us time running around looking for lights etc. 3/ consult with us before you purchase anything.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
We need to know what is needed, then the type of building and age then whether or not we can access key areas around where work is to be done. Model numbers and dimensions are all great.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are fully insured for public liability of 10million dollars and our workers are cover with workers comp. Thankfully we haven't had any injuries, we are diligent on the safety side using all the required protection and safety gear.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We have 2 vans on the road, ready and equip tot fix, repair, instal a large variety of electrical aspects, we are quick and efficient.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
How much will it cost, can you come to quote, are your quotes free, we answer with an hourly rate or give a quick phone quote or ask more detail and work it out with a phone quote, when the job is big and too complex to phone quote then we go out and do a site quote. All are done as FREE QUOTES.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Are you licenced, is your company licensed, is your company insured, are you clean and respectful, have you done this work before, can you lead me to your customer feedback, how long will the job take.
What do you like most about your job?
We love travelling around Sydney meeting lovely people who welcome us and treat us with the highest of respect the get to know us and give us great feedback, also stopping at different shops to eat and refresh with drinks, it's the best job in the world.

We have lots of favourite customers, in fact all our customers are great especially the McLean family who buy houses in north shore and renovate, tom a scraper who is always a pleasure to workfor and frank from bankstown airport helicopter business is a lovely customer.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
My father is a master builder now semi retired, my brother is mosmam electrical and he trained me through my apprenticeship in the early 90's, I have always had tools and building materials around me in my dad's garage where I learnt to build things at an early age, I'm very creative giving me a picture in my head that I can make real.
