My line of work found me. I am a natural with number and enjoy being apart of a growing business. Its something I feel very passionate about.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I have many, but my most recent is a response from a client's Accountant. I prepared the 2016 Financial books and the words used were 'These are fantastic'. Then seeing the Accountants invoice 40% less on last year (from the previous bookkeeper), my client was very happy.

My experience and maturity is a benefit. I have a strong work ethic and work with the up most privacy in mind. I have strong relationship with Accountants I work with and other regulated bodies.

I always go over and above what is required of me. I like to give my clients peace of mind and demonstration that the paper trail side of their business is taking care so they can concentrate on their more important duties of growing their business revenue.

For a quote please contact me on 0421199625. Depending on the size of your business (i.e. no of employees, vehicles, bank accs etc) and the industry you are in (different regulations apply) would determine hours required.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

The key to saving costs with bookkeeping is to ensure that remote access is provided connecting to an email address, bank accounts (if desired) and whatever accounting software used (I have several I can recommend). An electronic filing system is be provided to suit the needs of the business.

My pricing is competitive because the experience and knowledge I bring to the table is comforting. Doing this for many years and knowing the direction in which financial administration is moving, I offer something no one else does. The ability to go paperless with ease and transparency is an option.

My services are invoiced either weekly or fortnightly with a flexibility on terms. But usually payment falls in line with the current payroll cycle.

All aspects of my trade I cover with ease and accuracy. Customising the work flow to best each business is the key.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I hold a Cert IV in Bookkeeping with many other courses under my belt. I prepare BAS/ATO requirements with on time accuracy and accommodate all levels of reporting and data entry.
