  Yes, I have both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. Yes, my work is guaranteed. Most of the systems I use are simple and efficient making it easy for myself and the client to find things around the office.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  Before I started my own business, I worked in an Accountant's office for 3 years where clients were always complaining about the amount of paperwork they had for such a small business. I also work for a builder whose sub-contractors would come into the office and complain about having to go home and deal with the paperwork. So I decided to go out on my own and provide office and bookkeeping support for small business owners.
