Age and type of house, eg flat or pitched roof, slab or stumps, brick or weatherboard. Type of switchboard eg fuses or circuit breakers. Type of works required =, location where they are required and number of items required to be repaired or installed.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Provide specific details, preferably with photographs during the initial quote request process. Have all areas where work is required fully cleared and obstacle free. This is especially important in areas where ladders need to be used. Have someone home/awake at the agreed upon appointment time, ACSAFE is always there on time or slightly early.

For quoted works, we only charge for the work we do, the clock doesn't start until work actually commences. We also have a call out service for those unexpected emergencies, where a service fee is charged upon arrival and then work proceeds on a per hour basis until the fault is found, made safe or repaired

How do you normally charge for your service?

Generally an onsite visit is best, that way a full understanding of the particular works can be achieved and a final figure for the entire job calculated prior to commencing works. We can also work on a per hour basis if preferred.
