Our service can be tailored to deliver as little or as much support as the client needs and can work out at a fraction of the cost of employing a permanent bookkeeper, given the overheads of superannuation, annual leave and sick leave that normally need to be covered by the client.

Actif Bookkeeping initially charge on an hourly basis until the level of support needed is determined. Ultimately we would encourage a client to enter a fixed fee charging structure to better manage their cash flow.

Payroll – we focus on accuracy & timeliness to deliver weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments to staff.  Superannuation – we recommend Medicare’s Superannuation Clearing house to ease superannuation processing.  Financial reporting – we can deliver weekly or monthly creditors payable, accounts receivable, P&L or balance sheet reports to enable the client to monitor their business.
