Whilst managing a hotel, we experienced a earth quake in the early afternoon. As you can imagine it scared some of our guests within the multi storey building. A flurry of phone calls all at once came in, so all hands on deck in reception ensued. The guest I answered asked "do you know when will be the next earthquake please?" Moments of silence following seemed endless whilst I contemplated an answer. I then heard nervous laughter from the guest who then said "dumb question right". I happy replied "Of course not sir". No such thing as a dumb question.
