We have professional indemnity insurance as required by AHPRA. We are also members of the chiropractors Association of Australia and abide by the code of conduct of both of these bodies.

We enjoy working with people of all ages and helping them take control of their own health.  We love it when we see people improve so they are in less pain, have more movement and a better quality of life.

If you are not sure if Chiropractic care is right for you I recommend that you phone us to have a chat first. that way you can tell us a little bit about the problem and we can advise you if we feel Chiropractic may be able to help.

We are asked a variety of questions, we have a FAQ page on our website which covers them in depth.  We are also happy to have a chat with you if there are any questions that are not listed.

We take pride in our work and make sure that each and every person who is under our care receives the same high level of individual treatment. In our work there is no such thing as"one size fits all".

We have over 18 yrs experience treating clients of all ages. We are committed to providing the highest level of service and work hard to provide the best care possible to everyone who visits us.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

As chiropractors this is not really applicable to us. However we are often asked how many treatments will be needed. The answer to this is variable depending on factors such as age, severity of the problem and how long you have had the problem. Generally after having been assessed on the first visit we can give you a much better idea of what we recommend.

Due to the types of treatments chiropractors provide I am unable to give advice that is generalised. All of the recommendations we make are specific to the person under care. We are very happy to speak to potential clients before they come in if they have any specific queries.

Our fees are in line with those recommended by our professional association. In addition we keep a close eye on the fees that other Chiropractors in the area charge so that we remain competitive.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge per visit with payment being made at the time of the consultation. We have a initial consultation fee for the first visit and then a lower fee for all subsequent visits.

As a certified Athletics Australia level 2 intermediate recreational running coach we particularly enjoy working with those people who wish to start running and those who wish to resume running after injury. In addition to Chiropractic services we also offer running coaching program for individuals, groups or corporate teams.

We have over 18 years experience working in both the family practice and corporate environment.  We undertake further continuing professional development studies every year in order to keep us up to date with advances in the profession.
