Meet the Business Owner Jim has been involved in servicing and repairing computers for approximately 20 years. In the early 90's he ran computer bulletin boards (in the days before the Internet was popular). Over the years he has been involved in many aspects of IT support, including Warranty support for Asus laptops, remote support, helpdesk support, and of course laptop and desktop computer repairs.
