Adrian Harper is a qualified Naturopath specialising in clinical nutrition and herbal medicine. A former chef, he is passionate about the impact of food on our health and wellbeing; and enjoys working with people to create therapeutic and satisfying diets. With clinical experience in a broad range of health conditions, Adrian has a particular interest in the following areas: - Mental Health, Stress and Fatigue - Chronic Immune Conditions - Men’s Health - Digestive Health - Kidney and Urinary Conditions Adrian will familiarise himself with your health and lifestyle, and utilise a range of naturopathic diagnostic techniques to gain a comprehensive assessment of your health and wellbeing. Using this knowledge, he will work collaboratively with you, and other health specialists as needed, to develop an effective and integrative wellness plan that will enable you to achieve your desired health goals. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy graduating from the Southern School of Natural Therapies. He is a member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). Adrian practices Naturopathy on Tuesdays at Melbourne Natural Wellness at 178 Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD. Adrian practices Naturopathy on Wednesday and Friday at Vitality Hub, a boutique holistic medical and wellness clinic offering a range of services including integrative medical doctors, psychology, and life coaching. Vitality Hub is located at 224 Malvern Rd, Prahran.
