I decided to get into my line of work because I liked to be able to help people get the normally biggest cost item for them without too much stress for them.

Before quoting we need to know the price of the property, whether buying, or selling, if house or flat purchase, if finance is involved such as getting a loan, or discharge of mortgage on the property, or any special requirements for us to attend to, to do their work properly.

A customer can save money before we start the work by contacting us to be their conveyancer before signing the contract, giving our contacts to their bank, or finance broker, and their agent in the purchase , or sale of their property.

We trained at TAFE SA in conveyancing and have their certificate. We have been doing this since 1989, and have a lot of experience. We also have a Diploma in Property Services.
