He(Paul from Air Conditioning Coast2Coast) took the total cash $2900(without invoice) in advance for his service and raw materials cost(excluding the cost of Breamer ducted heater as I had paid for the heater online from https://bestpricehvac.com.au/ ) to upgrade my 7 ducts gas ducted heater to 12 ducts but didn't complete the job due ,for the last 12 months, giving excuses(like he failed to check the proximity of my indoor gas water heater to the return ducts during his initial planning but found out after 2 months(after paying him total cash) when his gas service technician pointed it out to him) for the delay and after I got rid of my existing gas water heater for electric one (costed me additonal $2000, I wouldn't have opted to upgrade my gas ducted heater had he pointed it out to me during his planning) most of the subsequent delays was due to him having prior commitment of his other jobs. And now he is charging additional cash of another $440 in advance to complete the job with zero commitment to completion date also he says that I'm at his mercy to do the job because I don't have any proof of the $2900 cash paid to him, else he says he can just tell me to "f**k off". Now I understand from another gas ducted heater installer, that the only half of the raw materials are available for installing the new ducted heater . So I'm ripped off $2900 for almost nothing. Totally untrustworthy and very ordinary service. Escalating to consumers affairs against him. StebyBarbara
