  Alan can be bit more clearer with his communication. Alan wanted us to pay 50% upfront before starting a job. While I was happy to pay for the tiles directly to the tile suppliers, Alan wanted me to pay them telling me that they are getting trade rates but they were normal rates as per the website. I would recommend to have a clear communication and agreement before you start your project.

  DO NOT USE. Alan has screwed us over and taken our money and no works have been completed, nor materials supplied, with clearly no intention to complete after numerous attempts to contact. Asked for a 50% deposit and now wont return the money.
