Window cleaning for me is a stress free environment.  I chose to work in window cleaning because I managed to master the squeegee very quickly and never been able to let go of the skill set.  Window cleaning is a job but also a hobby.

At All Access we love Dealing with our older clients as we always love to hear there life story’s.  One customer told me about there experiences in the world war 2 and how they survived through such traumatic times. A true hero and inspiration for our generation.

Customer satisfaction is always a big positive to myself as a business owner. Also the feeling of seeing a start to finish result on really dirty windows. Having pride in your work always pays off.

Giving as much detail about the home as possible.  Removing as much stuff from the glass as possible e.g curtains and furniture.  Been home to enable access to the home.

We normally charge a hourly rate but on some occasions we charge per panel. With 8 years experience pricing window cleaning work is second nature. We like to work with customers budgets and expectations.
