Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are completely covered by a comprehensive insurance policy, it covers your vehicle when stored in our garage, when its on a road test, public liability insurance, workmanship insurance, the works!  All work is guaranteed and we have a no-hassle attitude towards warranty repairs!

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Started a school-based apprenticeship working at a small workshop and doing my trade when I was 15. Grew up fixing bikes and cars with my dad in the garage.

Helping share my passion for automobiles with fellow car enthusiasts and owners. Developing working relationships and friendships with long-standing customers and growing the business via word of mouth recommendations from these customers.

Is the repairer using good quality NEW parts and lubricants / oils, with a warranty / guarantee which doesn't effect your new car warranty?

Q: Do you do mobile repairs?  A: That is how we started, however it is impossible to carry out all repairs when mobile due to the equipment required to carry out certain jobs in the correct amount of time. I am however, happy to do mobile assessments or quotes if required, upon request.

To be an RAA Approved Repairer, each must guarantee their workmanship, maintain a fair pricing policy, and agree to follow the RAA Code of Practice for their category. An RAA Approved Repairer must also maintain standards in equipment and qualifications to remain accredited.

We speak in language you can understand and provide customers with honest advice on the actual priority of a repair.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

-Vehicle brand and model -Year of manufacture -Engine size and type (2.0L? Turbo? Diesel? etc) -Manual or Auto? -How many km's?  The more information you can give us, the more accurate our quote will be!

We charge what a job is actually worth, not what we can get away with charging and not based on what other places charge.  We use the same pricing structure for every repair that we do.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge an extremely competitive hourly rate for repairs and have an incredibly cheap flat rate charge for our basic logbook services and common repairs.

4WD's, Trucks, All passenger cars, Specific dealer training from Ford and Subaru, Air conditioning, LPG, Minor & Major repairs... Almost no job too big or too small!
