  I have contacted about 15 building inspectors and preceded with Altez and 1 more inspector as both of their sample reports where detailed. Altez was also the least expensive out of 8 quotes I received (some didn't reply, some refused to quote). Pros (that other company didn't do): - actually went on the roof instead of just taking photos off ladder - Measured moisture levels in each room - Used laser to check floor evenness, leveler on walls - Tested few appliances - sink, shower, rangehood, air conditioner - Lots of roof void and subfloor photos Cons: - Communication was little underwhelming compared to other company in them of updating on progress, payment and follow up. I believe this might be due to doing things more manually than automating some process. - Some minor defects are missed, but so as other inspector. Overall very happy so far. Outperforming the competition in quality and price.
