  Our holiday house was ruined by a flood. I am in my 70’s and was completely overwhelmed. Kim has done an absolutely fabulous job of finding new furniture - being there for deliveries - organizing a handyman and electrician. She is an absolute wizard! I can’t thank her enough!

  Hi Karen I think your feedback is not accurate. Firstly your home was extremely dirty and border on a mini hoarder space. You did tell me in our phone consultation that you were not expecting a clean to include any areas that were unreachable eg there is a lot of clutter in my house so just do the best you can. Both bathrooms had mould up the tiles which I scrubbed and used Exit Mould to remove. The bath was completely full of dirt, dead bugs and mould as well as both the toilets. I scrubbed and exit moulded all of them to they were literally sparkling. I did all the window and door tracks and dusted all the surfaces upstairs and the built in mirrors and also the tracks. Both shower screens were scrubbed and demoulded and film removed. Given that there was an enormous amount of clutter I could only work around things but did work around as much as I could. Upstairs carpets vacummed and also deodorant spray. Skirting boards that could be accessed were wiped. Vacummed carpet going downstairs to the garage and also mopped the tile area downstairs which was completely covered in dust. The open living/dining all the surfaces were wiped where I had access given the enormous clutter of clothes and papers that I also put into tidy bundles and sorted. The laundry I could barley get to because of the clutter and dirty clothes everywhere on the floor so tided the best I could. Scrubbed the downstairs toilet and exit moulded that and the wall and the floor it was covered with mould. The kitchen I moved everything off the benches including the microwave and all the dishes and pots and pans that were everywhere. I wiped all surfaces down and wiped inside the microwave and washed all the dishes and then then put back in a tidy and more styled and manageable way. I also put items back into the pantry. Scrubbed the sink and wiped down all the kitchen cupboards. It was left completely decluttered and beautifully clean. Then all floors vacummed and mopped with disinfectant and sprayed with deodorant. Emptied all the bins, wiped them and took all the garbage away which was two large garbage bags. Also, vacummed and mopped the front balcony. The whole job took more than 2.5 hours it was closer to three hours and the price was extremely competitive. My vacumm when emptied was full tot he brim with dust, dirt and animal hair. It's important to remember that sometimes you may not realise how your clutter effects your cleaning. I also left you a little gift. Under the circumstances I am 100% happy with the service I provided. It's clear from previous clients that my service is 5 Star. I am not really sure what else could have been done and what more you expected I'm at a loss with this. Regards Kim
