  Advised had to attend to assess the job before quoting. Booked time to assess and turned up early. Lucky I was home. Started work before quoting and when questioned was surprised. Provided cost which was acceptable and gave ok to proceed. When finished had to rush to another job and said would send receipt. Still waiting for receipt.
