  Will be taking to fair trade. Someone came by to fix dishwasher, he incorrectly diagnosed the issue. Told me there was nothing wrong, dismantles and reassembled the machine, had a look, charged me for the call out and left. The noises continued and my entire dishwasher flooded afterwards. My neighbour helped have a look for me and found there was something lodged near the motor. Simple issue and quick fix. So the technician apparently had no idea what he was doing. I emailed the company 3 times looking to discuss this matter and no one cared to reply. I’ll be taking the matter to fair trade as they obviously haven’t been able to perform the basic service which they advised they would do.

  Disappointed. He came to fix dishwasher, was too quick to diagnose and only did half the job. As soon as he left there was more issues. Charged for 40mins, stayed 15mins and then wanted to charge to come back to properly fix it.
