The normal requirements are: size of business, entity type, industry, no. of employees, no of transactions per day/month/ year etc.

Be proactive in asking the questions and disclosing the facts about business. This will also help the client in narrowing down the actual requirements. 3. Be ready with all the access required for starting the work. Technology is very helpful but at the same time needs to be handled with care.
