We are seriously qualified architects and German trained interior architects who have created the world first AMAZiN HOUSES, low cost (but can be luxury), fast-to-build modular house construction system. 2 Unskilled persons with no training can construct each 6m X 3m module in less than 2 days without a crane and without concrete... no kidding! Your new house or apartments or hotel will go together like Lego blocks. Its very well insulated, fire resistant and can easily be made fire proof. The building can be architecturally styled a-la Frank Lloyd Wright, Le Corbusier, Meis Van Der Rohe, minimalist or triple fronted brick veneer... God forbid the last one!!! You can build your house to 3 levels, anywhere on any terrain ... even on pontoons as a luxury house boat, and it will cost you far less than a conventional build. Long term maintenance is minimal.... minimal painting and no painted plasterboard.
Each module will cost +/- $10,000 plus freight, and GST depending size and numbers of windows etc. To complete your build, you will require to cover the cost of electricals, plumbing, cabinetry and an extra roof if you want to collect the water.
A studio apartment will take 2 days, a 3 bedroom house in 6 days and a full size 4 bedroom, 2 bath + study and double garage will take 28 days max to build.

The Singapore project was a megayacht for the late President of the U.A.E., Sheikh Mohamed bin Khalid Al Nahyyan. A very demanding project... I would get a call from the shipyard on one day and I would have to be at the yard the next day for a visitor from Abu Dhabi ... but very rewarding and a lot of fun!
