ARCO Roofing is a fully insured company, we give our clients peace of mind & offer a substantial Workmanship Warranty with all our works. Each project is different but please ask our Admin team for further information.

ARCO Roofing is a multi generation company - as such learning the trade of Roof Plumbing & assisting the customers / clients on a daily basis was always going to be hard to turn down. & looking back over the years i still have the passion to deliver many many more projects.

every project is different, constantly problem solving (locating & tracking a roof leak), trying to offer the client the best possible suggestions & recommendation with their roofing requirements.

Is Anticon Insulation beneficial? - Yes!! - this reduces the heat transferring though your metal roof sheeting, which prevents excessive heat build up in your ceiling space (saving you $$$ on electricity) - ARCO Roofing can offer & advise on other ventilation options if required.

Condition of the roof sub-structure, site access (if areas are restricted) - if there are any hazadous materials such as Asbestos e.t.c within close proximity.

Regular Maintenance on your roofing & gutters - yes it may cost you a small amount over the months, but in the long run this will save you thousands.

with any new Re-roof from tile to tin or even tin to tin including gutters / down-pipes - we will supply & install a 300mm diameter roof ventilator/ "whirly bird" free of charge.

we are extremely open & honest with our clients & provide in-depth reports & breakdowns when it comes to our costings, - potentially our rates maybe slightly higher, but having the peace of mind knowing your roof / gutters / downpipes are installed defect free is priceless!

How do you normally charge for your service?

Each project / property is different - we generally have a standard emergency call out fee for our tradesman to attend site - if our tradesman can fix the issue while onsite then we will advise the client, but if additional works are required ARCO Roofing will supply a quote.
