We are fully insured and our work is guaranteed.  Any clients not fully satisfied with our work can email us with the issue, give us a chance to rectify the issue and if they are still not happy then we would refund their money in full.

I charge a flat fee for the services provided.  This depends on what type of inspection the client needs for the property.

We specialise in residential pre purchase building inspections in the Perth Metro area.  We also provide apartment unit inspections of up to 3 bedrooms.
