Do the sellers have to fix these defects you have reported? - Often not, but it's definitely worth asking them to. Regardless, you can use the report to negotiate a better price that covers the cost and hassle of getting them fixed yourself.

Our loyalty is to our client and nobody else. We are not looking for building work or commissions from others. If we recommend another service provider, we receive no benefit for doing so. We do not seek work from sellers' agents because normally they are not on our side of the sales transaction.

We all want to save money, but choosing the cheapest risks ignoring the variations between inspection services and their reports' quality. We usually aren't the cheapest but our clients are always satisfied.

How do you normally charge for your service?

No money up-front!  A fixed price is quoted to the client based on their particular property. We do the inspection, provide the summary and then email the report. An invoice is sent with the report for payment by EFT or other methods as convenient.

Pre-purchase building inspection reports. We also offer a termite inspection report service done right after the building inspection. We also do Advice Reports for owners and renovators.
