Yes, $10 mil public liability will cover any accidental damage to your property and yourselves if anything was to go wrong. All plumbing works are covered under our plumbing licence for a period of 7 years.

On  most occasions a breif explanation is all that is required as we would need to visit the site to inspect ourselves before we can provide a quote. On a new development simply email any plans you have which should be sufficient to complete a quote.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

The best way to save money on particular jobs is to provide a clear access to the works area and show us this by having the area ready when we come to inspect the job for quoting for example if we were replacing gutters on a house and there were trees growing up against gutters in multiple locations we would have to allow more labour to work around these so if they were cut back the quote would be cheaper, likewise for objects within a room inside where work is to be done. If you feel confident another way to save money is to complete any demolition you can before we arrive.

We are a small mobile company utilising todays technology to allow us to operate without the need for a office location saving us in overheads, coupled with our experienced tradesmen we can get the job done efficiently to save on labour costs.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We accept payment via EFT or Cheque, jobs under $1000 will be payment upon completion whilst those over $1000 will require a 50% deposit to help secure materials for the project, tax invoices issued for all required payments via post or email.
