1 - How long does a repair take? Repair turn around time is typically 2-3 business days.  2 - Is there a diagnostics fee? We typically don't charge a diagnostics fee, and if we are unable to successfully repair your device, there is no charge. 3 - Is there a warranty for repairs? Yes!

We have a fast turn-around of 2-3 business days, we provide a warranty of up to 3 months - and if we can't fix it, there is no charge.

If you mail in your device for repair, please ensure it is packed safely so there is no chance of any damage during transit. Give us a call or text so we can discuss the issue with you, and we'll often get you to try a few troubleshooting steps to confirm we need to look at it.

We have a wide range parts that we buy in bulk or remanufacture for re-use. We also have not skimped on equipment quality, which allows us to perform detailed repairs and save you time and money.

We typically don't charge a diagnostics fee, and if we are unable to successfully repair your device, there is no charge. Most services have a flat rate, with the exception of some multi-failure repairs.
