How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Darren had enough being an Army musician and went into floorsanding after being a cabinetmaker originally. Lisa heard the phone ringing and all the questions people had and decided it would allow Darren to keep sanding if she could provide the initial customer service. Everyone's happy.

Lovely clients had designed & built their stunning dream home. We installed, later sanded and stained the timber floor at the end. The client cried when they saw the colour and their dreams had become a reality. #jobsatisfaction

Helping people transform their homes & adding new life to their corner of the world. The difference can be rather striking so we feel quite moved when a client is emotional when they first see it. Being a finishing trade, the client's been through a lot by the time we get there - icing on the cake.

How long will the Job take? Most floors Take 3-5 days to complete and need 2 days to dry. Depending on the layout of your home, some clients are able to live up the other end of the house during the job. The topcoat is the most important day for no air flow though & keeping the house still.

We started 27 years ago and our fantastic staff are as invested in the success of the business as we are. Coming from a Police family and being on the local neighbourhood watch committee for 15 years, we take the responsibility seriously - protecting clients privacy as much as their property.

We need to know your location to assist us working out access for the trucks. What storey are you on? Sometimes we can refer you to a more appropriate trade if we feel we aren't in a position to help.

If you are arranging your own take up of existing floorcoverings, that will help save money but ensure you have removed all the staples etc or smoothedge.

We use high end coatings & set up costs for our incredible self powered units. Each job has different considerations to ensure a great result for the client. We have always been consistent with costs regardless of your suburb but it's great to meet Darren on site for a real quote & sensible advice.
