My business is fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.  I will always take responsibility for any incorrect or oversights in the services I provide however not for any misinformation provided to me by the client or any of their agents.

I love being able to help people and ensuring that they feel safe and secure within their businesses by being compliant with all legislations and regulations and meeting all relevant timeframes.

Once an appointment is booked, all efforts are made to attend the appointment.  If non-attendance is not possible, communication either by phone or email will be made to arrange another time suitable to both parties.

I provide mobile, friendly, down-to-earth, quality, compliant, timely and customised services in bookkeeping, BAS preparation and lodgement, training in MYOB and business processes, prepare business plans, policies and procedures and financial reports for a variety of purposes.

I would need to know exactly what services they need, what resources are required and are at hand, background information, business structure, GST, PAYG and financial circumstances, registrations, etc.

My initial visit is usually to establish what the client's needs are and whether they can benefit from my services or if they need to pursue more advanced professional advice from an Accountant or Legal Practitioner.  On assessment of their needs, I may be able to offer them training or advice.

Obviously loyalty is hard earned but my existing clients know all too well that my loyalty to them is their loyalty to me.  When times are tough for my clients, I always have their interests are heart and never let them down.  My special offer to customers is when loyalty is recognised both ways.

My pricing is quite competitive however I believe that you cannot compromise quality or compliancy with pricing.  The most important aspect of anyone's business is the peace of mind in knowing you have the right person providing the best quality work with honesty, integrity and professionalism.

An hourly rate is usually charged however regular clients may negotiate a fixed annual rate.  Business plans, financial reports and policies and procedures have set rates depending on the extent and complexity of the content.

Bookkeeping, payroll, BAS preparation and lodgement, MYOB and business training, preparing business plans and policies and procedures, administration, inventory control

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Management, registered BAS agent, MYOB Certified Consultant and Partner, Xero partner, Reckon and QuickBooks partner, Retail Express partner and ASIC registered agent.
