  Gday Kevin, I remember well this day, the stress will not leave me for a long time!! The incident/emergency that occurred this day did indeed cause unexpected delay, for which I did apologise at length on the phone. The person you spoke to on the phone was myself, Keirman (owner of business) and I would have no reason to lie about this, we are a small business who pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. Rasoul (the mechanic who attended) was not involved in the incident, but he did graciously cross the city at last minute to help us out, then he briefly came past base to restock his van as he ran out of stocked engine oil, and headed straight to you. Rasoul is a very helpful gent and we are lucky to have his skills and positive attitude. Again I apologise for the delay, but I can assure you I would have no reason to lie because as a small business owner I wear my heart on my sleeve every day trying to be the best we can in a very difficult trade. If there is anything we can do to make up for the delay, please call us anytime and we will endeavour to make a amends! Thank you

  The mechanics coming on time, and under the restrictions we didn't have to have direct contact. The car was service in my driveway and done while I'm working from home. I received the report after the service, and pay by credit card. Everything just easy and I don't need to drive around and asking someone to pick me up.
