How did you decide to get into your line of work?

A heart-wrenching incident made me realise that life is too short and that sometimes you need to do something for yourself. I took a 15 year hobby and turned it into a business that I had dreamed about for too long. Its the best thing I have ever done.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

A young teen who brought her cat in, born at Christmas, called Belles, she told me she was a cranky cat. Belles came in and loved her groom, loved her bath, loved her blow dry. Her owner asked if I could so the same to her. She told me her cat was like a new car, smelled so good....

What do you like most about your job?

People say its not a job if you enjoy what you do. I love what I do. I love cats, I just love cats. I have a passion for them, handling them, singing to them, chatting to them like they are humans. I breed cats so have them in my life daily. I also love grooming them and making them look pretty

How do you deal with a cranky cat, my cat bites me when I try to groom him. Will he be like that with you?He could be, but he could be ok. We have been able to groom all of the cats that have come into the boutique except one; we sent him home with his owner and some products and advice.

We offer an honest and guaranteed service. We will go beyond to accommodate our clients needs and expectations. We offer a service that is reasonably priced.

We have many years of experience and are expert feline handlers, understanding and respecting the nature of cats. We have presented show groomed cats for National and Major Agricultural Shows where our exhibits have won many Best In Show awards for 15 years. We only groom cats.

We would like to know the type of service required before we can properly quote. We offer various services for your cat.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We offer a personal one on one service. We do not have trainees or apprentices performing one task, for your cat to be then passed on to another to complete the service. One person handles your cat from start to finish, allowing your cat to be comfortable and relaxed during the grooming session.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge per service required. We have a price list that offers various types of service that we can give to your cat. From Nail Clipping to Ear Cleaning and everything in between. We can make your cat Feline Groovy.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We have hands on experience with ALL breeds of cat, both long hair and short hair and even naked cats. We dont just groom cats, we have been breeding show quality cats for 17 years. This gives us a much better understanding on how to handle not only domestic house cats but entire breeding cats.
