We have just had our first training for our 1-year old puppy, Jiren who has displayed multiple unwanted behaviours and we have seen significant results at the end of the lesson. Michelle, our trainer has provided us with the right guidance and tools in order for us to interact accordingly with Jiren, which is also conducive to correcting his unwanted behaviours. She explains the rationale behind the training that we do and has been extremely patient with us throughout the first lesson. Michelle has also been genuine about wanting to help us as owners become successful in training Jiren. It is reassuring to know that everything about the process will be a rewarding and satisfying experience!Jess H

My 4 year old staffy Betsy, who has always been a "good" dog but very excitable is now well on her way to becoming a very "calm" dog. Michelle can fix any situation with your dog. We had a very obedient but reactive dog and after watching her and learning how a dog behaves and how we behave everything made sense and changed for the better. We had tried other trainers, taken many obedience courses but we did not have a dog we could take anywhere. That is now changing. How we interacted with the dog was the foundation and and within a few days of trying out things for ourselves we could see the difference. Our dog has changed for the better and we have too. As we move towards our goal Michelle has been a great support and made it so much easier. If you want a respectful dog Michelle is the answer. She will put you on the right path and help you every step of the way.
