We charge a fixed amount for our professional fees plus disbursements we incur. We can provide you with an accurate quote once we know the property address. We can also provide an "All in" quote if you prefer.

Residential Purchases & Sales.   We also assist people transferring property from one party to another when there is no Contract such as a Transfer of property in accordance with an Order of a Court.

Bryn completed Conveyancing Law & Practice at Macquarie University and obtained his Conveyancing Licence in 2005. Since this time, he has lived and worked through the online revolution in the industry, working in both Australia and Canada. Bryn is also a Justice of the Peace
