We provide a reliable and efficient service to all customers big or small, one-off or repeat clients.  We pride ourself on our knowledge, friendly service and delivering what we said we would deliver to the customer. We aim to ensure the customer is fully informed as to what we intend to do and how we intend to do it.  We know we are dealing with a clients valueable data, so we ensure all data is secured or backed up before doing any work on a computer.  We also endeavour to go over and above what the client expects to deliver a quality service so a client would have no hesitation in contacting us again in the future should the need arise.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our pricing is competitive because we have a fixed hourly rate of charge.  There are no hidden costs.  We also try to quote a fixed price to you over the phone so there are no surprises when it comes time to pay your account.  This is obviously dependant on the amount of information we can get from you, the customer, but we try to fix the cost wherever possible for our customers.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have a flat fee of $110 per hour.  However we always find out as much information from the clients as possible on the phone to try to supply the client with a fixed price quote.  This helps the client to feel more relaxed knowing that the cost will not blow out.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in the home/office and small business set-ups.  We can set-up a business IT network from a blank office space including computers, printers, phone systems, fax machines, label printers, scanners, Wi-Fi networks, etc

We have over 20 years of knowledge in the IT industry. With experience from being employed in an interstate organisation, managing small business networks for multiple clients, to upgrading the peer to peer network of a small business in a local community.  We have a wide range of small business sizes in our clientbase so we know what you want.
